Following successful European performances in summer 2022, Two Steps From Hell Live will rock the stages again in 2023 with their energetic and irresistible live show – this time in the biggest arenas in Europe, featuring the music heard on the new recording with Bergersen, Phoenix, orchestra, choir and soloists.
Merethe Soltvedt is a singer, songwriter and composer who was born and raised in Norway and now lives and works in Los Angeles. She is a highly sought-after session vocalist for composers of film scores, documentaries, video games, movie trailers and cinematic pop/epic orchestral music.
Merethe has performed on several albums of “Two Steps From Hell” since 2006 and is considered as the main female voice of the successful music producer duo. Furthermore, she performed on the movie trailer for Steven Spielberg’s film “Ready Player One” and recorded background vocals for Sir Ringo Starr. Merethe performed with “Two Steps From Hell” at the Walt Disney Concert Hall in 2013 as well as in Prague in 2018. She also releases her own music and performs as a singer, songwriter, plays guitar and piano and composes vocal-based music for documentaries and TV. Thomas Bergersen about Merethe: Norwegian Merethe Soltvedt has the most angelic voice I have ever heard. Her voice is like sunshine, it inspires you, makes you feel wonderful.
Known for her distinctive voice in film, television and video game soundtracks, Úyanga is a sought-after soundtrack vocalist, vocal arranger and songwriter. Apart from various recordings with “Two Steps From Hell”, Úyanga’s lead vocals are featured in many film, television and video game soundtracks and projects. She has worked as a vocal soloist with some of Hollywood’s top composers, including Oscar-nominated composer Marco Beltrami, Harry Gregson-Williams, “Captain Marvel” composer Pinar Toprak and Grammy-nominated composer Austin Wintory. Major credits include Disney’s “Mulan” (2020), Disney Freeform’s TV series “Motherland: Fort Salem” (2020), “Waiting for Barbarians” (2019) starring Johnny Depp, “The Widow” (2019) starring Kate Beckinsale, Comedy Central’s ongoing “Drunk History” TV series as well as the video game “League of Legends”.
International credits include popular Japanese animated feature films and commissions for Google and Disney Japan, as well as Chinese video games, including “Moonlight Blade”, which received a Hollywood Music in Media Award in the “Original Song – Video Game” category. Úyanga performs worldwide as a concert soloist, including the “Masterpiece Experience” in Romania, the eSports World Championship Finals of “League of Legends” in Beijing and “Fimucite – Tenerife International Film Music Festival” in Spain.
The Czech singer Kamila Nývltová, whose repertoire includes world and soul-pop, has become known to a broad audience in her home country due to the Czech X-Factor competition in 2008, where she was among the 5 finalists. Since then, Kamila has been a soloist at the Karlín Music Theater, the Broadway Theater and the Hybernia Theater in Prague and has played the leading roles in the musicals “Aida”, „Cleopatra“, “Dracula”, “Angelika” and the fairytale-like musical comedy „Snow White“. In 2010 Kamila released her debut album called “Kamila Nývltová”, followed by two further albums in 2013 and 2016. In 2018 Kamila participated at the “Two Steps From Hell” concert in Prague and impressed the composers so much that they chose to engage her for their live tour. Kamila is also working as an actress and played in Czech TV series and movies.
Greg Ellis is recognized as one of the most innovative and versatile drummers. He has performed around the world and recorded with musical artists from over 30 countries including Billy Idol, Mickey Hart, Zakir Hussain, KODO, Mahsa Vahdat, Tord Gustavsen, Yungchen Lhamo, Chiwoniso Mairaire, Juno Reactor and many more.
Greg has released many critically acclaimed albums with his groups Vas and Biomusique and his solo project Kala Rupa.
His drumming can be heard on more than 200 film, television and video game scores, including The Matrix Reloaded and Revolutions, 300, Argo, Iron Man, Body of Lies, Underworld, Transformers: Age of Extinction, God of War: Ragnarok, Assasin’s Creed, Far Cry, Guardians of the Galaxy and many more. He has also composed numerous scores for international film and television projects.

Mariko Muranaka
Mariko Muranaka is an acclaimed standing cellist (acoustic / electric) known for her exceptional artistic perspective. She has garnered international recognition as the first Japanese solo musician to grace the stages of Cirque de Soleil. Based in the USA, Mariko captivates audiences worldwide with her performances. She has engaged in notable collaborations throughout her career, including joining Madonna in a Prince tribute at the Billboard Awards in Las Vegas in 2016. Additionally, she accompanied the popular American rock band STARSET on their U.S. and European tours in 2014, 2015, and 2018.Her illustrious career also includes touring with Madonna on the “Madame X Tour” from 2019 to 2020, where she earned acclaim as a scene-stealing musician featured in Rolling Stone Online Magazine. In 2020, Mariko performed alongside Karol G at the 21st Latin Grammy Awards, and in April 2022, she shared the stage with Carry Underwood at the 23rd Grammy Awards in Las Vegas. From November 2022 to March 2023, she had the honor of performing with Adele, followed by joining Hans Zimmer for the Hans Zimmer Live tour from March to June 2023. Furthermore, Mariko has arranged and performed on live TV shows for several years. Her recording credits span various artists, movies, and commercials. Mariko’s talent, versatility, and captivating performances have solidified her status as a highly sought-after musician, leaving an indelible mark on the music industry.

This promoter and producer of live entertainment is part of EVENTIM LIVE and organises more than 1,600 events every year. They hold stakes in promoters in Germany and Austria, as well as several venues in Germany. In 2018 the company ranked second in the European Magna Charta Promoters list and fourth in the international Top 100, with almost 4.5 million tickets sold.
Semmel Concerts has vast experience with the production of film music events such as The World of Hans Zimmer and Disney in Concert.
Tomek Productions is based in Vienna/Austria and creates multimedia concert concepts, focusing on film and media music. With events like “Hollywood in Vienna”, which is broadcast worldwide on TV, as well as international touring productions, such as “The World of Hans Zimmer”, Tomek Productions has established itself as a market leader in the field of film and media music events.

Two Steps From Hell was formed back in 2006 when Thomas Bergersen and Nick Phoenix joined forces to write original music for movie trailers. 13 years later, TSFH has been featured in
hundreds of movie ads, including some of the biggest blockbusters of recent time, as well as thousands of TV ads and programmes. TSFH released their first public album, Invincible, in 2009, establishing epic music as a new and unique musical genre.
There are now 14 public albums and millions of fans worldwide.
